It’s a drain tray designed to sit directly on top of your coffee scale, created to solve a common workflow problem:

baristas constantly moving the scale in and out when making espresso.

With this tray, you can keep the scale in place all day.

You can flush the group head anytime … without worrying about splashes, heat, or the scale getting wet or dirty.

This helps maintain a cleaner bar, reduces unnecessary steps, and keeps your workflow smooth and consistent.
